Personal Training Terms and Conditions


SECTION 1 – Payment

Payment may be made in advance of sessions in one lump sum or be financed through equal monthly payments over the course of three months. Should clients opt for monthly payments, he/she will be responsible for making monthly payments in advanced of upcoming sessions. Trainer accepts cash, PayPal or cheque only. It is the CLIENT’S RESPONSIBILITY to accept payment terms for the full 3 months of the contract. If client cancels a payment subscription before the end of the term they will be liable to pay the difference in discounted sessions as per the rate of 1 single session ($120 for 1 on 1, $140 for Mobile training). If a client’s payment is more than one week overdue, the trainer may suspend sessions until the client’s outstanding invoice is current. Payment must be completed for all sessions before any new or renewal contract may be signed.

SECTION 2 – Cancellation

Twenty-four (24) hour cancellation notice, by phone, is required for rescheduling or cancelling any and all individual sessions. Any and all cancellations with less than twenty-four (24) hours notice will result in forfeiture of the session without refund. If your trainer must cancel a session, she will do so, by phone, with at least twenty-four (24) hours notice.

Clients arriving late will receive the remaining scheduled session time, unless other arrangements have been previously made with the trainer.

SECTION 3 – Expiration

The expiration policy requires completion of all personal training sessions within 120 days from the start date of the contract. This allows for a 1 month grace period beyond the 12 week (3 month) commitment. Personal training sessions are void after this time period.
